Madison Avenue Worldwide – “The Agency of Urgency” is in search of two Account Executives -- one junior-level position and one mid to senior-level position. This dynamic duo will work together to manage key Fortune 500 accounts and lead the development of creative solutions for employee and consumer engagement. Projects include but are not limited to training, employee incentives, consumer campaigns and national events. Account Executives must excel at initiating, managing and executing against tight production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have marketing agency experience, top-notch creative problem solving and strong client communication skills. Role: Permanent (direct-hire)
Location: Waunakee, WI
Start date: ASAP
Salary: $40 - $50k annually, depending on experience

Manage marketing needs (creative solutions, sourcing & production) for major Fortune 500 clients and have ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.
Manage all production needs for the account such as print, premiums, website design, copy writing, deadlines etc.
Have and maintain a thorough knowledge of client’s business, and must demonstrate an ongoing commitment and response to clients’ needs and queries.
Serve as the primary client contact, and continuously forge positive relationships with client contacts through consistent contact and diligent service – may include travel to meet with the clients face-to-face or to execute projects.
Build relationships and work effectively with agency teams and vendors to achieve optimal results.
Knowledge of integrated disciplines (Direct Marketing, Digital Media, Sales Promotion, Employee Training, Consumer Marketing, Collateral, and Merchandising) is a plus, but not required.
Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Consult with clients to determine objectives and provide innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field desired but not required – Previous marketing agency experience preferred.
Ability to maintain a high level of client service & responsiveness, attention to detail and work under pressure.
Ability to develop focused, insightful strategies and execute effective turn-key solutions.
Exceptional meeting preparation and client presentation skills.
Adept ability to keep supervisors consistently informed.
A keen ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain productivity while working at an expedient pace and driven to be productive even when client work is slow.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. Mac experience is preferred.
